Oven Baked Chicken Breast Recipe

Pan frying a chicken breast can be tricky for some, so let’s get the oven to do the difficult work for you.

Simply brush the sides chicken breasts with olive oil and gently sprinkle on a mixture of pepper, salt, smoked paprika and garlic. Pop the breasts in the oven at 230°C for about 15 minutes. Once cooked you can serve this with a wide variety of sides like sweet potato and vegetables.

Always remember to check the chicken with a thermometer and ensure that they’ve reached an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F). Checking for the temperature also eliminates the usual guesswork involved when cooking chicken – which tends to result in overcooked breasts.
