In-house made Stuffed Irish Angus Fillet with Asparagus and Provolone wrapped in parma ham.

  • Cooking instructions- Roast at 200◦C for 15 minutes, lower  the temperature for 170◦C and cook for further 30 minutes. Important to rest the meat at least for 15 minutes, before serving
