In-House made Stuffed Pork Shoulder with Maltese sausages, Back Bacon & Prunes.

  • Cooking instructions- Roast at 170◦C for 1.5 hours, raise the temperature for 200◦C. and cook for further 30 minutes. Important to rest the meat at least for 15 minutes, before serving.
