1. Stuffed Whole Chicken with Baked Sweet Potato

Created in-house by our expert butchers, our stuffed local chicken is made with fresh veal mince, garlic, onions, carrots, ham, cheese, Parma ham, pancetta, parsley, and salt and pepper. Since chicken is a dish that most health-conscious people tend to opt for, we’re giving you a side dish recipe that is more on the healthier side.

First off, gather the following ingredients:

  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • ½ teaspoon of sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped chives
  • 2 tablespoons of pesto
  • 2 tomatoes

Start off by cutting the sweet potatoes horizontally in half and roasting them in the oven for around 40 to 50 minutes or until they’re tender enough to pierce with a fork.  When they’re baked to perfection, take them out and slightly mash the middle with a spoon. Next add in the pesto, chopped chives and tomatoes, and season with some salt and pepper.

And just like that, you’ve got yourself a gourmet, hassle-free Valentine’s Day dinner that’s guaranteed to have your date raving about it.
