In-House made Beef Wellington made with Irish Angus Fillet,  Mushroom Duxelle, Parma Ham , Mustard & Puff pastry.

  • Cooking instructions- Bake at 185◦C for 40-50 minutes, Important to rest the wellington at least for 15 minutes, before serving.
